We now have a US based service center for faster service. In case of manufacturer’s defects we will reimburse you your shipping cost to our facility. Your device will be repaired or replaced in the most expeditious way possible. ......OTHER RETURNS In the rare instance you are unhappy with our product for any reason, other than warranty, you may return it within 7 days from the date of acceptance. It must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice and all paperwork. Shipping and insurance are the purchaser’s responsibility (insurance is required on all returns).
